The 30-day plan, the tips for food in the pantry, and the traffic-light food tips make it very clear where to begin. The recipes are simple and quick, but they all have a fun twist (like turmeric-lemon dressings, buckwheat crepes, and so on) that makes the food taste good. I like the full-color pictures and the notes that show me what to do step by step. I feel more stable and less snacky in the afternoon after a few weeks. This is a big win for my stress and cortisol levels.
