Improvement guide
This book is relevant to today’s minds and culture. It allows us to see what we’ve been told but not what helps us determine how to better fulfill a joyful life and help others once we start it with others. While I can’t speak personally about anyone my mind became changed not through self help or books, podcasts, etc. Mine came from my faith in christ as did the way I learned what was necessary to grow in my faith. I’ll say this book needs to be in more homes. Our world seems to be more reckless and less caring. Unless we start working together using these methods in this book, creating boundaries and setting goals to become joyful, we will witness the last generation before us. I have hope that the younger generation will change from what they’ve learned from mine. Wonderful book. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Gold with no padding, one of the best authors for no BS and great pricing. Wish I had this years ago to guide my own relationship with myself let alone info on how to deal with other people. Definitely frees you from yourself when following his recommended quick self searching exercises for what we wish to change.
