Best cookbook I’ve ever seen!!!
I am 82 years old and have done a lot of baking, plus I have a bookcase full of cookbooks so right after I ordered this book, I felt guilty…..that was until I received it. Oh, my goodness, this book is soooo awesome and is the best recipe book I’ve ever seen!!! Not only does it have dozens of awesome recipes, it is also loaded with awesome pictures, tips and ideas!!! Every woman would love to have this book! It would make a wonderful gift for birthdays, Christmas or any special occasion!!! It was also packaged well so it arrived in perfect condition!

Best cookbook / reference book I have EVER owned
It begins with a pantry section. It describes the new ingredients from the time I was in home ec in jr high school. Just dated myself. I considered myself a competent at baking, then I started having trouble. I sit here and read this book instead of watching tv. I have learned SO much. I now live in a small town instead of a big city, plus Iâm trying to get rid of processed foods. I think they were killing me. This book is teaching me how to bake the things I need and some of what I want. Fresh. I bake my first thing today. Instructions are so clear. Lots of pictures. I wish there were similar books for fun side dishes. Such a helpful and fun book!

I gave this to my granddaughter. She is 15 andlikes to bake, is still learning and has become pretty advanced on her own, so I know she can find lots of good recipes in this.

Love the hints
I love books that come in a binder. I just wish it was a binder on the spine as well and not a partial binder. I love how I have side notes five hints where it tells you what you could do differently to make it a different texture these recipes can get you gone for over a year if you do one a day. The pages are sticking a bit, and these pages are not folding easily as I would like even with the spiral. This cookbook has a lot of good recipes in it, especially for the fall. It even helps you making the piecrust making dough even teaches you how to test your dough how to store it I love a good cookbook put together with good recipes stuff that I can do stuff that I can use. Buy you one and buy one for Christmas present for somebody you know.

Purchased this for someone for Christmas but I took a look through first and I was impressed to say the least. Soo many great recipes & a wide variety! One of the things I liked most though was the conversions & substitutions in the back! So often we find ourselves in the kitchen with yummy ideas in mind only to find we donât have an ingredient, or we arenât sure about conversions and have to pause to look it up- this book could save you from both problems with the flip of a page. There were also tips and tricks for decorating and elevating your baked creations! Itâs a great book for everyone, beginners or well rounded bakers. Highly recommend and may even be back for one for myself sooner than later!

I work at a public library; I was trying to find a bakebook for a friend who is a home baker for her birthday. All the books I checked out from the library (tens of them) either contained very fancy recipes which a home baker will never try or they didn’t contain pictures for the recipes which they listed; the ones which I liked were so expensive, so I told myself to give Taste of Home Ultimate Baking Cookbook a try and if I didn’t like the contents, I would return it; it arrived today and I’m sold! At such a reasonable price; it’s a baking encyclopedia of recipes that we are all familiar with and may have tried to make once or twice. Every recipe has a picture which is a bonus. I’m actually going to keep this one for myself and order another copy for my friend!
