    Awesome book – exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I are starting the journey to go Carnivore and I wanted something that provided information in a normal/easy to read format and the recipes are fantastic. We are still in the transitioning phase, but I’ve made several of them already and they were all delicious and super easy to make. Also got her meal plan and grocery list – both are incredible helpful. Don’t wait – buy this book – well worth every cent.

    A solid book especially for beginners. Author includes smart shopping and cooking strategies to reduce cost, time spent in kitchen and temptation for expensive/out of the plan last-minute meals. Book does addresses weight loss and crushing cravings, offering structured approach to transitioning to and sustaining a carnivore lifestyle.Downside for me is some difficulty to read. I would prefer smaller pictures and bigger font. Sometimes pictures do not correspond to recipe. The lack of extensive nutritional information for each recipe could be a drawback for those tracking specific macros, but I’m not focused on that.Undoubtful plus for me is the extensive amount of baking recipes vs frying. All of them are easy to try and time saving recipes. Some of them were rare findings for me, like Slow-Cooked Beef-Butter. I also like a research-based approach to some topics.

    This cookbook has some great, easy recipes to make, even for beginners. The beef tallow enriches any dish you make. I typically will add some vegetables to the end of the cooking time just time to elevate the dish.

They say you need 3 months and this book gives me 3 months “deals” to cook without any burden. It has even more info than I thought. The layout is really good, with a lot of explanations of the type of meat, how it compares to other types of meat with regard to nutrients, protein, and of course the various ways it can be prepared in all sorts of interesting dishes.For me this is another great cookbook to have on the shelf when you run out of ideas.
