    Eating good, the right way as a senior!
    The older you get the more we have to monitor what we eat and the different things we feed our bodies , this can become overwhelming and less enjoyable. However , this cookbook was created with the dynamics of giving tasty meal recipes with a map to eating healthier whilst enjoying the same meal we eat when we were younger ! With a meal plan that makes it way more convenient and less time consuming!

The meals are delicious and the ingredients are simple . I like the fact that the recipes focus on improving memory and reducing inflammation naturally through clean , healthy foods.     Good and bad notes
    Two things I would like to mention. I liked at the end of the recipe it gives you a variations and tips section and benefits of the recipe. What I didn’t like was the pictures of black and white. They print the book to order why not make it in color.

    Sorry but I cannot recommend this book.
    There are multiple issues with this book to say the least and I am still finding stuff. The shopping list often does not match what you are eating for that week. You have to download the book to get the colored version of the food. There are recipes completely missing from the menus for some weeks. Calls for salmon on the shopping list but no salmon is called for, for the week. Calls for a sweet potato but no sweet potato is listed in the recipe. Calls for four green onions but no green onions on the shopping list. Shall we continue? Okay, let’s continue calls for carrots yet they are not on the list. Calls for chicken breast yet the shopping list calls for ground chicken. Says recipes are on a certain page yet the recipe is not even in the book at all. The book says that your dinner is: One pan Chickpea and Tomato Skillet on page 29 yet when you turn to page 29 it is Sautéed Tofu with Garlic and Lemon. The only good thing I can say is that the recipes that are correct are good. Other than that I cannot recommend at all!!!!

    Nice sturdy paper-back cookbook. The only improvement I could recommend is that the photographs be printed in color
