These are out of this world I’ve has so many people ask about this and not only that I bought this a few days before last Christmas and had a question and they got right back to me even though it was during the holiday. This company is incredible they care about their customers. Well worth the money and a keepsake for years to come. Beautifully made and easy to setup. Great picture and sound. This will be a priceless gift and in my case I used it for my mother who had only months earlier just lost her husband/my dad and uploaded a video of him playing his harmonica. So now she will forever have that memory and it will not be lost with time. Thanks to this amazing company! It has meant the world to my family!

Extremely difficult even for techies!
I’m very tech savy and computer literate, yet this was the most difficult video book I’ve ever used.I tried several times to upload and was unsuccessful. I left emails with tech support, to no avail. This was unfortunately a wedding present, that never made the cut. I eventually had to return it and purchase another gift. I was very upset they didn’t take time to respond. I don’t recommend it!

Fantastic product and company!
The image quality and sound quality are significantly better than I was expecting from a piece of tech this affordable.IMPORTANT: There is a hidden gem in this item. The unit comes with instructions on how to upload your images and videos and the website assembles and converts your files to be playable and then sends it back to you. Itâs fast and convenient. However, I do field work where WiFi isnât always available. I sent an email to customer support on a Sunday and received a response the same day giving me detailed instructions on how to convert my video files offline.FANTASTIC support and a great product. I highly recommend the item and applaud the company that makes it!!

Great Gift for NewlyWeds
This video book was an adorable gift idea for my sister-in-law. It was easy to load a video on the book and very easy to assemble. The quality of the book was somewhat lacking, it is obviously a cheaper version of a more expensive item but considering the price the quality was reasonable. The sound was loud and clear as well as a clear image.

memory is small
Update!: I did send this back, however I bought the same book made with my video from Heirloom website and it arrived with my video installed. Im not sure why I couldnt load my video to this myself, but Im super happy I ended up giving it one last try. This book is very well made considering others on here (I bought a few when I returned this one and they all were flimsy and low quality) I would recommend this product IF you buy directly from their website. Overall, great product.Bought this for Fatherâs Day and had to return! I made a 3:16 min video (359 mgb) on Canva and when I went to transfer the video to the book, it said there wasnât enough memory to hold the video!! Heirloom said this book hold 10 mins of video! It clearly doesnt! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE. I tried to find out how much memory it holds, but cant find that information from Heirloom.

Such a Personal Gift
I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my brother that lives out of state. It was fun to even make. Looking back through old pictures & uploading them to my computer- killed two birds with one stone.I did have one issue completing the video transfer to the book – but my first phone call to customer service, a super nice lady answered the phone & resolved my issue within just a couple of minutes. I will 100% be ordering more of these for all kinds of occasions!! Love love love the end result!!
