Book 1This is a fun mystery. I love Mitzyâs character. She is unique, flawed, strong willed and full of spunk. The secondary characters are also unique and likable. The mystery is well plotted with quite a few twists and turns along the way.The narrator Coleen Marlo does a fabulous job bring the book to life. She brings out each characterâs personality. Great book to listen to made me aloud out loud while listening.Book2This is a hilariously fun series. My favorite character, Mitzy, is a strong-willed, sassy female. She does have her issues, but who doesnât. The mystery is well-developed with several suspects and red-herring to keep you in suspense of who the killer really is.The narrator is a great storyteller. She does a great job bringing Mitzyâs and the other characters’ personalities to life. I look forward to the next in the series.Book 3This series is so much fun. The main protagonist, Mitzy is fun, sassy, and sarcastic. The secondary characters are entertaining in their own ways. The mystery is suspenseful, fast-paced, and full of twists and turns.The narrator does a fantastic job bringing Mitzy and the others off the page. She has great timing and diction, I never have a problem telling which character is speaking. Her tone and accents are entertaining. Very entertaining
Ok, the first book was hilarious. Laugh out loud hilarious. Mitzy is a cross between klutzy and street smart. A lot of outrageous, but also sweet. Her introduction to her deceased grandmother, her terror but epically cool demon cat, the loyal attorney, crabby employee, and the father she thought she’d never know that begins with a murder she is the prime suspect for is just the beginning of a fun series. Take into account her need to find the real killer of the man who turns out to be her grandfather, and clear her father’s name in the murder charge that kept him out of her life, and the mysteries themselves were pretty clever too.Books 2 and 3 were not as funny as the first in my opinion, but the snark was still there, along with Mitzy’s meddling on behalf of her new friends. It was nice to see her finding her place and getting to know her dad. Helping a friend out while almost getting herself killed seems par for the course with her. She doesn’t always do the smart thing, but makes you remember she is only 21 and playing amateur sleuths wasn’t part of the plan when she first arrived in town.

Misty Moon, a Good Paranormal Detective !
I purchased the Box Set of Books 1 – 3 and started reading. Needed a couple of chapters to get the main characters established, then Book 1 ‘Fries and Alibis’ grabbed me & wouldn’t let go ! I am now hooked & love Trixie Silvertale’s ‘Misty Moon’. Good characters and all the twists & turns. ‘Erick’, wake-up ! ð

The characters are a joy Mitzy the sarky bookshop owner with psychic powers Isadora her fashionista ghost gran, Pye the Caracal with attitude and Eric the hunky Sheriff solving mysteries in the town of Pin Cherry. Hilarious mysteries with a paranormal twist and with the perfect narrator in Coleen Marlo. Worth so much more than 5 stars.
