    I have three teenagers in my house, and they are all struggling with focus and anxiety. I grabbed this book for some help. I like the workbook aspect of it, as it allows them to apply the knowledge in practice. It’s great to hear that executive functioning skills can be learned! They are not taught in schools (why not?!) I like the chapters on organizing stuff and space, working memory and focus skills, and emotional regulation. I like how at the end of each chapter, there are exercises and a ” What did we learn recap. I specifically like the 5-minute Jumpstart and Desk makeover. The bonuses are great too!
