That cliffhanger hit hard ð
I absolutely loved this book and the characters!Wren has been hurt and on the run from a dangerous wolf all of her life, her father. After her mother passed away as a young girl, she was forced to live with the man who caused her nothing but pain. She finally escaped and now she finds a bit of relief in Crescent Creek. She meets 5 wolves who go by the Diablos, which if youâve read the Ember Hollow series, youâve met them before. Four of the men are kind and recognize similar pain within her, while the other wolf doesnât trust her at all. While Wren faces her own internal battle of being near wolves again, there are dark forces at bay that want nothing more than to destroy what little joy she has left.Wren has so much strength and she wants nothing more than to be able to protect herself from her father. As a hybrid, she struggles with the fear of being cast away and takes her frustration out at a gym called Crescent Kingdom. The wolves she meets makes her feel like she belongs and theyâre pretty handsome as well.King, Locke, Puck, Brix, and Ender all struggle with their own pain from their past, from a pack whoâs taken so much from so many.I truly enjoyed the world building and character development in this book even though it was fast paced. I love fast paced books once in a while, although the cliffhangers punch me in the gut. The dynamic between the characters was intriguing, and I loved the tension between Wren and her guys.I canât wait to find out what happens to Wren and her wolves in the next book, and I truly hope they all have peace at the end of the series!Definitely worth the read if you love wolves, RH, grumpy sunshines, magic, and mate bonds!

Why choose, shifter perfection! Audio is amazing!! ð¤©
Okay first and foremost, can I get a little commotion for the cast in this audio?! ðð¼ðð¼ðð¼ðð¼Vanessa, Teddy, Connor, JF, Shane, AND Jason?? Literally that should be enough to convince you to put this audio in your ears immediately.. but if you need more then how about the fact that this is a wolf shifter, why choose, romantic suspense, fated mates with mmcâs who are overprotective and growly?? Hmm? Yeah, thatâs what I thought. Oh and thereâs a shy nerd ð¤ *sighs dreamily over Locke*So as far as the story goes for this one, I was pulled in immediately and was so invested in finding out more about Wren and her dark past with her fatherâs pack.. she escaped his torment, but still has so many demons, and I just wanted to unravel her backstory and figure out why she is as guarded as she is. She was a fierce and strong fmc and I really liked her character. As far as the guys.. phew ð®âð¨ what can I say? I love a why choose situation ð I have some faves for now, but am optimistic that Ender and Brix can make me love them. Enderâs got a long way to go though⦠ðThe cliffy at the end slayed me, and Iâm gonna need book two like tomorrow. Please and thank you, Tessa. ðI loved the cast for this audio, they were the perfect choice for these characters and I canât wait to hear them perform in books two and three! Jason aas Ender and Shane as Puck were my fave castings, because come on, who else could play the sunshiney Brit like him?!I can tell this trilogy is gonna be epic, and Iâm here for it all! ð

Great series! Quick read! Biggg cliffhanger
This was SO GOOD. I absolutely devoured this book. I loved the characters. Wren was a force to be reckoned with. And I absolutely loved it. There are five MMC’s, which can get confusing sometimes with so many, but I didn’t mind it. For the most part they’re easily distinguishable. I liked them all, but Locke. Oof. Locke has my heart. The plot was good. I liked the story and what we have gotten from backstories so far. It flowed well. I wish it was longer. This was a short read and some aspects I would have for sure like to be expanded upon.We got some spice. And it was delicious. But for five MMC’s it was light, but it’s only book one. This book ends on a cliffhanger and I AM DYING. I hate cliffhangers and this one is somewhat brutal. I will now be counting down the days until July for book two.

Holy hot shifters….
Loved loved loved this shifter romantasy. So good. Who doesn’t love a strong female who gets 5 hot mates who may or may not be slightly unhinged in their own ways.I’m stuck in a shifter romantasy, only reading spree at the moment, and this was such a good first book to start this series. I am literally counting down until July 16th for book 2.I definitely love a good enemies to lovers romance, and Crescent Kingdom has that in spades. It’s not an insta-love type of romance, but there’s definitely a strong pull between Wren and her 5 hotties; Kingston, Locke, Puck, Brix, and Ender. Though Ender needs a swift knee to the nuts. LOLThere’s a lot of pain in this book, and the characters have all been through so much, but they seem to all feel a pull towards Wren. You have to read this series. It’s so good. Beware, there’s quit the cliffhanger at the end of Crescent Kingdom. I was so mad that this series wasn’t finished once I got halfway through book one because I knew there was no way I could wait a whole year to find out what happens.Hope you enjoy Crescent Kingdom as much or more than I did. Tessa Hale is one heck of a writer and I look forward to reading some of her other series!

I was so ready to know more about Wren’s story, plus Brix had the tortured/protective vibe with the dragons that as soon as I finished Dawn of Flames I knew I needed to start this one and it did not disappoint, Iâm really enjoying how badass and strong Wren is, i love how different the guys are but super protective so far Locke, Puck and Brix are my favsI knew what to expect with the cliffhangers haha so Iâm already reading book 2

This was everything. The perfect amount of wolf shifter-ness and other fantasy/romantasy elements mixed in. I’m not a big RH girlie, but I didn’t mind it here AT ALL

Ahh, the cliffhanger! I knew it was coming yet I wasn’t ready for it. Tessa Hale writes one of the best shifter romance/fated mates romance books. I would definitely recommend reading them all.

Amazing, as Tessa Hale always is.It was an one sitting book, because I couldn’t put it down – Read into the middle of the night! All the characters have amazing tragic back stories, that make them all perfectly matched in their Pack. Wren is a badass! But only because she had to be, I promise that you will fall in love with her. As well as her band of men all with their own traumas.Kingston and Locke are cinnamon rolls.Brix and Puck will tug at your heart as you fall in love with them despite their damage. And Ender, I look forward to learning more about our favourite Cat Daddy in the future books. Please do not pass this up!My only complaint is that it is too short! I need me more of these Crescent Creek Wolves!

This book was captivating, I struggled to put it down, I was so stuck in its thrall! The story line and plot are epic, warning it ends on a cliffhanger. I love the insight we get into Wrenâs character and some of those of her love interests, the character development is good for the first book in the series and the writing is excellent. If you love reverse harem, shifter romance, you will not be disappointed with Crescent Kingdom!
